Sweet baby James was a beautiful man, I agree. I still wouldn't fuck a junkie , no matter how pretty or famous. Maybe that is the result of working in the medical field all of my life, but junkies can give you serious, life long diseases. AIDS, hepatitis, STDs . We didn't always have effective treatment for AIDS, it was a certain death sentence. It totally turned me off forever.

Evan Dando was still fucked up on drugs as recently 2009. I had a ticket to see him live at a small club in downtown NYC and his show time was changed from 10:00pm to 11:00, then 12:00. As of 1:00am he still hadn't come on stage. I gave up and left. I heard that he came out shortly afterwards but he was obviously messed up.

I always found Kurt Cobain very hot. I remember a story from the early 90s (obviously) that Courtny locked him and Michael Stipe in a room and said she wouldn't let them out until they fucked.

I've never found Kurt Cobain remotely attractive—there was something utterly sexless about him to me. Evan Dando was cute. Coincidentally (or perhaps not), Courtney had a fling with Evan post-Kurt's death. They must have stayed friendly with each other over the years because she joined the Lemonheads onstage and sang a song with them last year.
