From the social media sleuthing we’ve done on here, it looks like Joe and Kit are in the realm of each other’s types. They have a ton of chemistry. Their personalities click. The idea of them fucking at some point in the future would be more based on that than on anything else.

In January, Joe started filming Agatha. A week into filming, Bash was canceled for voicing a video game. Bash obviously isn’t a transphobe, he was hired for this game in 2019 before JKR went full terf, zero other people associated with this game received even a fraction of the hate Bash got. Shortly after this, both Joe and Bash pulled way back from sm. We don’t know what was happening in there relationship. All signs point to Joe being busy filming Agatha, Bash being depressed and not sure how to handle himself when he was constantly getting canceled for no reason, neither of them being “bad boyfriends”.

In March, Bash spent several weeks in Japan, probably to get his shit together after all the HP hate stuff. Joe kept working. Bash visited Joe briefly before returning to the UK to start rehearsals for his play.

In May, Joe had a week off during which time he spent half his time in IOM and half his time in Chichester. Joe’s childhood friend who goes to school in Chichester went with Joe to see Bash’s play. A few weeks after returning to Atlanta, Joe started posting things on his stories that lead us all to believe they broke up.

Joe has lost exactly 1 follower from his finsta (Bash’s sister). His number did drop by one more and then went back up again a few days later. Bash’s finish’s following hasn’t dropped at all. Kit's very mature so probably mostly people older than him, but I doubt we'll see more than a 5 year age-gap.

I don't think Marvel pushed Tom/Zendaya, they just fell for each other. If Joe and whoever is cast as Hulkling are attracted to each other and want to have a relationship, they could do that. Dating a co-worker cuts down on the long-distance nature of the relationship. But having to continue working with Bash after they break up might make Joe a little more cautious about hooking up with co-workers. Kit/Maia's relationship was easy because it was for a one-off movie. Wiccan/Hulkling are going to be working together for years.

If Joe wants to fool around with Marvel co-stars, I think it's more likely he'd date a Villian of the Week type of star, who isn't going to be in more than whatever project they are filming together.

Regarding the “issues with joes fame” thing, I actually have a semi serious crack theory. I don’t agree with people who think bash had a real issue with joes fame.
