I’ve crushed on this guy ever since “Empire Records.” He actually displaced Chris O’Donnell as my gay crush when I was fully coming out of the closet.

I just watched a not-especially-good indie he was in, PIZZA, from 2005. But he is just adorable in it: funny, sexy, winning.
His eyes are just dreamy! And he's one of those actors where his premature balding actually works for him, IMHO.
