I highly doubt anyone is stalking the boys. Tons of the people who attend this event every week post tons of stories to their instagrams, and many are in the same social circles. Some of these vids come from folks in Zane's social circle anyway who attend with him. Basically, people are just randomly filming, and it just so happens that some celebs (like Zane and Froy and Nico, etc.) are there, and they inadvertently get caught on camera. Also, some of these vids come from the weekly event's official account stories. Everyone in attendance knows they could be filmed at any moment.

Not quite. For anyone who has followed this little soap opera long enough to know the social patterns of the men involved, there absolutely is a change when they are with Richard. It's not a promotion. Zane has been part of this scene for a good while now, and takes all his dates and friends with him. The reason why there's so much video and pics is because the weekly classes are recorded by attendees regularly. The people there are often close friends, and they put it up on their instagram accounts. Froy is a weird one. On one hand I get a very naive impression from him on those sorts of things. He could barely play drunk on tv.. On the other hand, no one is that innocent...

The show is shot in high-key or beauty lighting. These are very bright lights. His eyes can’t handle it, so he gets overstimulated and looks crazy.

The DPs of course realized this was a problem. They switched to low-key lighting in his closeups, often casting a heavy shadow across his face. He looks great in those. But they still need to use high-key lighting for medium shots with other actors, because that’s the aesthetic of the show. So there are still a lot of shots where he looks crazy, and they’re usually group shots.

But the actor is Michael Hsu Rosen is a couple levels up in attractiveness and reveals a very nice body.
