Victim of 30 year old gruesome cold case murder identified as cute twink

It sounds like the Black Dahlia

“…the head and hands were cut off with “some type of saw,” while the feet were gnawed off by animals. The heart and spleen had been removed with surgical-type skill…”

There's nothing in the article about why his parents didn't report him missing.

I hate when that happens.

Very sad

His forensic composite looked nothing like him, beyond them both smelling cookies.

Wonder if his family are alive and if they never reported him.

Question: are the families missing people asked to give DNA to put into the national record in case their loved one turns up? Or only asked if a body turns up that might be their relation?

If they can, is there an effort to collect from the families of missing people from before the rise of the use of DNA?

Poor guy. Killed and dismembered and no one has been charged with the murder. It’s creepy and freaky that this can (and continues to) happen. Psycho’s get away with this shit.

Poorly written article. Can someone explain how Kimzy (with no ‘e’) found a police report that had Kimzey (with an ‘e’) as a suspect? Is that how it should be interpreted?

Poorly written article. Add in DLers with poor reading comprehension. What fun!

R7 either it means it was filed after he was dead and he was wrongly named/falsely accused, he was named in a complaint that was filed some time after an incident took place or it's a mistake. I agree it's a sloppy article.

They don't really have any business disclosing that at this stage, any one could be named in a police report, where's the result of that investigation?

Any updates?
