"Kandiss Taylor, who ran for governor in 2022 and recently became a Georgia GOP district chair, is a flat earther: "Everywhere there's globes ... and that's what they do to brainwash."
Aristotle, over 2,000 years ago, had a more accurate worldview than this idiot ...

The Republican party is officially the party of mindless paranoiacs funded by cynical plutocrats.
"... like, this would be a globe if I was a normal person."
No subjunctive, either.

Globes: Next to be banned in Southern public schools as being "woke." Likewise with those science classroom posters of the Solar System.

She has a PhD from Regent University, so she smart (kidding). Depressingly, she's a school guidance counselor, so she can spread her hatefulness, worship of gun violence, and flat earth stupidity to schoolkids. Unfortunately I think this is how things are headed. Small town white people are going to be even more of a menace to civilization than they already are. They'll all be irrational, ignorant, intolerant religious fanatics who come out to vote more than sane people. The United States is doomed.

Donald Trump has made it chic to be retarded.

R6, so she's grooming kids into stupidity? Revolting.

Serious question. So, is the entire earth on one flat plain or is half on the top and half on the bottom and upside down?
Where are the edges of the flat plain? Is it a square, a rectangle, a triangle or even a circle? Did Amelia Earhart fly her plane off the edge…or did she go to China and because China’s upside down she fell out of the plane straight to hell??
Do kangaroos wear magnetic steel boots so they don’t tumble down to hell? If so, how many of the babies fall to hell before the mother can get the little magnetic booties on?

It's easy. Think of the earth as a pizza. The cheese is the water and the pepperoni is the land. The crust keeps everything from falling off.

I don't believe she has an actual PhD in "Counseling and Supervision." In education the degree is usually a D. Ed. [See: Biden, Dr. Jill]

R10, they don't really know or care. The "arguments" I've seen for a flat earth center the north pole on a single one-sided disk whose edges are the (as normal people would put it) Antarctic ice. Sometimes they claim that this ice extends indefinitely, so that they picture the earth as a circle within an infinite ice field.
In order to account for the hugely extended distances between areas of (what normal people would call) the southern hemisphere, they claim that you can't buy direct flight tickets between those places, because that would reveal that the flight time is several times longer than between those of (what normal people would call) the norther hemisphere. So they imagine a vast conspiracy involving everyone involved with air travel—probably sea travel, too.
How do they explain the motion of the sun, both daily and yearly, and the fact that various constellations become invisible the farther north or south you go? Apparently through complicated mechanisms that would require them to rewrite the laws of physics if they were really conscientious. Sorry, Copernicus!

Omg, OP, thanks so much for this; it's already made my day.
And I need Big Freedia to do a remix version of her iconic song...this time with globes, not ass.

R14 and r16, What is baffling you about what r6 (that is how you allude to a post, not by a disembodied quote) said?
R6 clearly meant that, with the continued candidacies of morons like Flat Earthers, the "ignorant...fanatics" who vote will eventually out-number "the sane" who vote.
