Not as scurrilous as it sounds... I saw this candid lockerroom pic of Mickey Mantle, circa mid to late 50s. It appears as though he trimmed his pubes. I sort of thought most men didn't remotely consider trimming their pubes until the 80s or 90s. What do you know?

I don't know much about the history of pubic hair, but Mickey likely trimmed his pubes because he had crabs or some other infection.

Do athletes always stand around naked in the locker room, giving interviews? This is the 2nd photo I saw this week of an athlete doing a naked interview. I'm not saying its a bad thing. I just wondered. That's a good photo MM.
