I agree with R9. The only thing that is attractive about him is his eye colour, with everything else verging on outright ugliness (has nobody else noticed that hideous truncheon nose and that lipless mouth?) The truth is that nobody would have paid any attention to him were it not for the plain, fat middle-aged fraus who watch TGBO and consider anything that isn't that isn't whale-sized like themselves, to be irresistible.
