The eyes and general puffiness is why I asked (way up thread) whether she was on steroids or taking prednisone. There are diseases for which steroids are used as treatment, and they are well known for causing facial swelling. Could also be why the differences in her face were seen several years ago - maybe she's chosen not to share that she has a disease for which she uses such medication(s) and instead has simply stated that she hasn't had any cosmetic surgery.

R176 oh give me a break - she was severely bulimic and clearly still has some serious body image issues - she probably saw her two bits of cellulite under a fluorescent mirror when she was 34 and decided she was obese and needed to cover herself up for the rest of her life. She’s also extremely pale and unless you do the self tanner white legs are never attractive. But she was self conscious all those decades over nothing - she was always tall and skinny, however she attained it.
