It will make any ugly person feel better and even look a tiny bit better. But it's also annoyingly generic fitness fasc!st thought-ending axiomatic advice that refuses to concede that life is just easier for beautiful or skinny people.

If you're pretty already, this all seems so simple and achievable and artless to you, like contentedness and basic positivity seems simple and achievable and artless to people who aren't clinically depressed. But it's not.

I was trying to be polite after you derailed the ugly celebrity thread with your personal sob stories. Yes what you described happened to me too. I got myself in shape, fixed myself up and have a successful high paying career and PhD. I have also suffered from anxiety and depression my whole life. Im not throwing the exercise word around to be smug. It literally saved me from suicide. When I dont exercise my mood drops dramatically.

Many company benefits can help cover therapy. My ugly butt got promoted into a six figure job because I was kind and capable. Attractiveness wins in interviews? No. People can smell a conceited asshole or slacker a mile away. Normal nice clothes to suit your body type, a nice haircut, clean skin and healthy eating and exercise do a lot for you. I dunno where you got veneers or Chanel or extensions from, or why you are putting down the concept of fixing yourself up a little.

Finally - Having a polite, non-combative personality and a bit of confidence goes a long way to counter acting a fugly person. Have you ever met a Brit? Fucking ugly with mangled teeth. There should be a distinction between average-looking and ugly too. Piers Morgan- loathsome person. Not handsome. But he's tall and not bald. Overweight, but not that bad for a straight middle-aged guy. If you saw him on the street and didn't know who he was, he would not strike you as ugly, just unremarkable.
