Will Large US Banks Sue?

Will the large banks in the US sue the FDIC or US government for making them pay extra to bail out the mismanagement of the small regional banks?

Or will the US government do some quiet back room deal with them to placate them?

And it’s already a given that the extra they pay will be passed on to the customer.

Facts not in evidence. Exactly where and how are the large banks paying for the rescue of smaller ones, OP?

With less banks paying into the FDIC, someone has to pick up the slack.

With SVB, Yellen and Biden promised every deposit would be made good. That’s above what the FDIC promises. Will they make that promise for every regional bank that fails? That’s not sustainable.

They keep saying the sale of the assets to a big bank will cover the overage, but we’re seeing Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank faltering.

The FDIC is unsustainable unless the big banks pay more in.
