Just die already.

by Anonymousreply 1March 22, 2023 11:20 AM

How is it that this man still walks among us, while Leslie Jordan does not?

by Anonymousreply 2March 22, 2023 11:38 AM

Happy Birthday ya big ham.

by Anonymousreply 3March 22, 2023 11:45 AM

William Shatner has a chauffeur.

by Anonymousreply 4March 22, 2023 11:59 AM

For God’s sake just don’t let him sing on his birthday!

by Anonymousreply 8March 22, 2023 1:18 PM

On a slightly related topic Leonard Nimoy's Television Academy Foundation interview is one of the best.

by Anonymousreply 9March 22, 2023 1:24 PM

And June Lockhart was in Lost in Space!

by Anonymousreply 10March 22, 2023 1:25 PM

I thought she was one of The Jetsons 🚀

by Anonymousreply 11March 22, 2023 1:27 PM

He's (not) dead, Jim.

by Anonymousreply 12March 22, 2023 1:36 PM

[quote]William Shatner has a chauffeur.

I still remember how he divorced his wife while she was out of town with family to deal with her brother's death and funeral, and then a few years later was seen being driven around town by her on his birthday, like they were still married. Then last month he confirmed they were back together! That woman needs a smack to the face to get back together with that guy, after what he did.

by Anonymousreply 13March 22, 2023 1:45 PM

He sure was pretty .

by Anonymousreply 14March 22, 2023 1:46 PM

I still want answers. Did he murder the wife who "accidentally" drowned in the swimming pool?

by Anonymousreply 15March 22, 2023 2:18 PM

How very A Place in the Sun!

by Anonymousreply 16March 22, 2023 2:22 PM

You're a horrible person AND a horrible kisser, Bill!

by Anonymousreply 17March 22, 2023 2:39 PM

Bill shat n' her.

[quote] You're a horrible person AND a horrible kisser, Bill!

Oh, really?

And how exactly would you REMEMBER that, Nichelle?? 😂

by Anonymousreply 19March 22, 2023 4:43 PM

When did he start wearing a hair piece?

by Anonymousreply 20March 22, 2023 4:58 PM

I'm surprised he's still alive actually. Much alcohol and junk food have passed those lips.

And everyone who has worked with has regarded him as an awful person.

by Anonymousreply 21March 22, 2023 5:00 PM

For you, on this wonderful day r8

In his greatest role Shatner sinks his teeth into the scenery.

by Anonymousreply 24March 22, 2023 8:43 PM

He was pretty when he was young, a hundred years ago.

by Anonymousreply 25March 22, 2023 8:49 PM

I'll be sad when that crazy bastard dies.

by Anonymousreply 26March 22, 2023 8:55 PM

Now it's a race to the end between the last two left: Star Trek Original Series crew-mates and ardent foes Shatner and Takei

by Anonymousreply 27March 23, 2023 2:09 AM

Love Shatner. Interesting and quirky actor with an unmistakable and unique speech pattern. As does Christopher Walken. I’ll be sad when he goes.

by Anonymousreply 28March 23, 2023 2:26 AM

Christopher Walken would've made an interesting Star Trek starship captain

by Anonymousreply 29March 23, 2023 2:38 AM

He’s a self-absorbed dick but he KNOWS he’s a self-absorbed dick and he manages to have a sense of humor about himself and is capable of real charm. I worked with him twice and he was good company, funny and hard to dislike, though all he talked about was himself.

by Anonymousreply 30March 23, 2023 3:18 AM

Shatner loves Dobermans. So he can’t be all that bad!

What am I, chopped liver?

by Anonymousreply 32March 23, 2023 3:39 AM

I've shit posted upthread but, but to be straight:

I LOVE old school James T Kirk.

Coolest man in the Federation of Planets, ever.

by Anonymousreply 33March 23, 2023 5:29 AM

Everyone always talks about the other "Twilight Zone" episode, but "Nick Of Time" is my favorite of the two.

He did receive stem cell treatment. His liver must be riddled. I thought he had had a liver transplant, but I think I'm wrong. It was some other aged, booze-loving celebrity who got a transplant.

by Anonymousreply 35March 23, 2023 5:43 AM

He was so fine when he was young.

by Anonymousreply 36March 23, 2023 5:57 AM

Captain Jellico made Kirk look like the skipper of a three hour tour

William Shatner will always have a pass for his surprise appearance at George Lucas’ AFI tribute.

The audience reactions at the start were gold.

R30, I agree. Although Shatner has a big ego, he's willing to poke fun at himself sometimes. And although his acting can be a little hammy, he made Captain Kirk into a t.v. legend.

by Anonymousreply 40March 23, 2023 8:53 AM

Nick of Time was the better written episode on Twilight Zone and it wasn't hampered by poor FX.

by Anonymousreply 41March 25, 2023 7:20 AM

[quote] and it wasn't hampered by poor FX.

Yes that hurt his Outer Limits episode as well

Nice Canadian Jewish boy.

by Anonymousreply 43March 26, 2023 9:27 AM

He was also in Season 3 of Naked City, "Portrait of a Painter", in which he plays an artist who wakes with no memory of the night before, to find his girlfriend murdered beside him and the door locked from the inside...
