In a sinking banana republic, oh great. Tell me you hate us, without telling me you hate us, OP?

How the hell was it only $370k in 2017? And 4.5 million 6 years later? This is why people are going homeless at record rates.

It managed to hold on since 1950

During those simpler times I’m sure the original owner had a great time raising their family there, I bet their kids grew up catching dinner in their backyard. That’s not the Florida we live in any more. People don’t even visit Florida because they like it anymore, everything has to be a reflection of their vanity. Every inch of our coastline is now dedicated to make people from NY and NJ not feel like they wasted their lives going through 5 divorces and having no friends because at least they ended up rich before they died. It’s sad to watch.

I mean, come on, let's be real. I think most people who can afford this are buying it for the land. They will probably knock that little shack down and build some luxury home. It doesn't get more "beachfront" than that! What a dream to live right off the beach like that.

Honey R7, what kind of family lived in a one bedroom on the beach?? 🙄🙄🙄
But yes, Florida does suck now.

Mother Nature needs to work harder!

That wasn’t a real sale, R5. It sold for 1,750,000 in 2016. The 2017 sale was probably a transfer between family members.

Red tide sale!!

That beach does look amazing. Water is clear and warm enough to actually get into.

It will eventually sink into the ocean.

It's so pretty, but doomed. And in Florida.

But it's not even on the shore of Gitche Gumee.
