Not the same dress. The original was a Calvin Klein which was only made see-through by the paparazzi flashes. It also fit better and the neckline and straps were different.

This is a creepy thing for Depp to do.

Kate has sharp narrow and elongated bone structure. Lily has sharp short slightly wide bones. That dress is meant for someone with a long vertical line like Kate, not Lily.
