To answer OP's question, Jenna Ortega had the potential to be the current It Girl when 'Wednesday' came out. They've even rejiggered the 'Scream 6' trailers to feature her more prominently. But clearly 'Scream 6' was filmed before she had the buccal fat removal, so she looks much different in the trailers than she currently does in real life. Ortega also gives off the vibe in interviews that this is all just a job for her. (Very Zoomer of her, and I applaud her.)
