I was sad that he didn't stand out more as the Earl of Snowden in "The Crown," given that they've had few out gay actors on that show (I'm not sure why). But he was not given great material for his season. Even so, he was quite fine, and his work seemed seamless with Matthew Goode's performance in the role in the previous season.
