Muro is a Spanish surname so he is probably Filipino.

At least two sites says he's Vietnamese- this is a booking agency. Perhaps he's Vietnamese and Filipino, but I've always heard (living in L.A.) that he was Vietnamese since the mid 90's.

Years ago someone on DL did some digging on Bobby. I don't remember if they spelled out his history or just gave enough hints for people to follow, but I do remember doing some internet sleuthing on my own. This is what I can best remember. He had a Vietnamese last name. At one point, he lived in either Santa Clarita or Valencia, CA. He was actually older than the age stated on his wiki page. Not so coincidentally, sometime after that post, the name Raymond Muro became linked to Bobby as being his real name. I remember thinking Bobby must have changed his wiki page to make people think that was his real or former name for some reason, but I clearly remember thinking that this Raymond person wasn't actually him.

Thanks R103. I googled the real estate number for the Bobby in the link and found - drum roll, please - Bobby Trendy's realtor page. Mystery solved. I knew his real last name wasn't Muro. That Raymond person isn't even him. I think Bobby is a psycho who didn't want people to know his real name or age so he found a way to link himself to some random person.

I feel gross for thinking the photo of him on his page makes him look kind of cute.

People do sometimes have step-parents and situations like that, where they take the step-parent's name. I'm sure we've all known people, especially as kids, who were known by different names. Or were kids like that ourselves. Could be his name has been Muro and Trinh.
