On yesterday morning's show they went out of their way to show photos of Don, Kaitlan and Poppy at a Knicks game together this week...total damage control effort! Don is clearly faking it during this forced "team building" outing with coworkers 😆

I saw the clip where Collins interrupted Lemon on that fateful morning of December 8, and she was clearly in the wrong. You don't interrupt your co-worker (in this case co-anchor) when he's addressing hundreds of thousands of viewers on an important update that morning. It's emabrassing and humiliating to Lemon, with good reason. If it was a 55 year old female veteran news anchor being interrupted by a 30 year old male co-anchor in this same way, you know damn well the story would be playing out differently.

That said, it probably could've been handled better my Lemon as well as the producers and directors of the morning show. However, Lemon was humiliated and embarrassed (you can see from his facial expression) and he became emotional when the cameras were off. So be it.

She, on the other hand, ran out of the studio, visibly 'upset' and 'shaken'. That's acceptable professional behavior for a 30 year old professional these days ? Since when ? She does something very wrong on television and now she's the victim ? Ridiculous.

I have a feeling that Lemon probably wants to be out of the show at CNN, and possibly released from the network itself - and go elsewhere (MSNBC). He's probably enjoying this coverage very much - maybe it will help him with a nice, clean exit.

Here's the video of Kaitlan interrupting him; Don did not miss a beat and totally ignored her. I could understand why he admonished her after this, very embarrassing and unprofessional for her to talk over him.
