I still can’t believe how badly that movie was ruined by Armie’s casting
I used AI to make alternate Olivers for Call Me By Your Name

Why does bottom right have HUGE BLACKHEADS?

The technology is not perfected!

What was your prompt out of interest?
by Anonymous | reply 3 | January 27, 2023 2:03 AM |
“Oliver from Call Me By Your Name” but I used this as a source image

If I was Timothee's character, I would be choking on Armie's big, blond cock all summer long.

This one I combined that image with a photo of a young Austin Stowell

These are some rode hard high school students

These are all like the "Woll Smoth" of Olivers.

R5 Exactly! I'd put my whole head in his trunks 'til the cows came home.

In the novel Oliver is a 24yo all American Jewish graduate school "cowboy" with a charming flirty wit.

Do it with Justin Bartha, Paul Rudd or Jacky-poo G.

Think this is who André Aciman was picturing when he wrote Oliver. The finest looking Jew of his generation.

We are not a fan.

I pictured Aaron Tveit when I was reading the book. He was the right age when it came out, and I figured "Tveit" had to be Jewish (Norwegian Catholic, it turns out).

I didn't get the sense that either of them was supposed to have movie star good looks while reading the book.
The Taiwan cover had the right idea - handsome, approachable, age appropriate, and ethnically accurate.

Paul Rudd circa Clueless era would have been perfect.

There are subtle differences. The Brian Greenberg is very handsome. But what you get with the Paul Rudd is both handsome AND cute and approachable = seductive. Good for the character.

I don't think a movie has to be an exact replica of a book. So Hammer being a bit older didn't bug me. I kind of enjoyed the louche perversion, making an allusion to louche European glamour movies of by gone eras. It's a bit much for today's hyperaware "sexual politics" but not for me personally.

AI is the new overused term for 2023
by Anonymous | reply 25 | January 27, 2023 12:18 PM |
Thank you for doing Gyllenhaal and Rudd. Gyllenhaal is undeniably dreamboat handsome there. But he is also sullen and has a snobbish air. Rudd, a charmer in real life, is a charmer in A.I.

How about young William Levy. Cuban part Jew.

No. Just no.

Or Israeli French Tom Mercier. Young, when he had hair. Beautiful body, hot cock.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | January 27, 2023 1:18 PM |
Eric Roberts was a blisteringly hot young Jew.

Lovely images. But they look so similar to Elio. Part of what I loved about Armie in the film was the contrast between the two. Big tall broad shouldered blond Armie with that furry hairy chest and those amazing eyes - I would have been head over heels just like Elio.

Great, the gay Roman Polanski posts here.

Part of what I loved about Armie in the film was the contrast between the two. Big tall broad shouldered Armie with that furry chest and those amazing eyes looking like a 40 yo man and skinny white hairless Timmy looking like a 13yo child.

Yeah that is what we all said. Because Armie was 31. OK, playing a 24 year old character if the movie character has the same age as the book character. Yeah we liked a 40 year old fucking a 13 year old. That is what we all wrote.

Yes, OP, he has the look of a typical scholar in his mid-20s.
