My view is gender neutral awards should reserve 50% of nominations for women. Women represent a majority of the music industry workforce, so the Academy making the nominations should also be weighted to be at least 50% women, too.

He could have said that the awards should go back to the way it was before, but his ego and pride wouldn't allow for that.

There are now five women who won't get media exposure on the broadcast. All because these narcissistic fucks are too gender special and precious.
