Did Pamela Anderson have any facial flaws whatsoever in her prime?

If so, what were they?

The reason I ask is because I have heard people say she was physically perfect in her prime and I wanted to hear different opinions on her face.

Let's discuss...

by Anonymousreply 65February 18, 2023 2:59 AM

picture of her in her prime would help OP

Maybe this works. 1990s

You’re deranged OP. Hundreds of threads started about looks. Let’s discuss…

Die in a grease fire.

by Anonymousreply 3January 6, 2023 7:11 AM

You mean besides the surgery?

by Anonymousreply 4January 6, 2023 7:18 AM

R4, yes besides the surgery

by Anonymousreply 5January 6, 2023 7:19 AM

r3 I said the same thing to OP on his "What do you think is wrong with this nose..." thread and asked him why he starts so many threads about people's looks and facial features. He responded like he didn't understand the question, to which I further questions why he was so obsessed and did he have some trauma or damage about looks; no answer to that of course, he just started this thread instead.

He seems particularly focused on noses though.

by Anonymousreply 6January 6, 2023 7:21 AM

R6, why don't you think looks are important?

by Anonymousreply 7January 6, 2023 7:26 AM

r7 /OP - I asked you first why you are so obsessed with looks and you haven't answered; why is that? why do you start so many threads about it? Do you have any other interests?

by Anonymousreply 8January 6, 2023 7:30 AM

R8, because I am fascinated by beauty. Looks are very powerful...probably the most powerful asset ever.

And besides looks, I like music, movies, porn, etc.

by Anonymousreply 9January 6, 2023 7:38 AM

Not to be mean, but yes. Even before her plastic surgeries, she had a weird forehead that would wrinkle everytime she would smile. And also there was something about her laugh/smile. I can't describe but it just seemed forced and unnatural to me. Britney Spears would be the best example of that type of laugh/smile.

by Anonymousreply 10January 6, 2023 8:20 AM

May I ask if you consider yourself on 'the spectrum', Op. You seem obsessive about things. I'm not saying that's a flaw; in fact, it can be a great strength, but sometimes it can go a bit too far. Use your power of concentration for good, Op. (That's a little joke.)

Of course, no one is forced to view your threads; but, when there are a lot of them, people take notice. Since this is DL, when we notice a bunch of threads about the same or similar subjects being posted by the same person, we tend to descend on some of those threads to question, bitch, attack, criticize, make jokes, and so on. That's the nature of this place. You have to expect it. Don't obsess over those critical posts. Words can't hurt you. No one is actually criticizing 'you', they're mostly just 'going with the flow' of DL; so don't take it personally.

But eventually, someone will call a poster that makes repeated threads and postings about the same subject, a 'troll.' (Of course, a 'troll' is someone who purposely tries to annoy people.)

I don't think you're a troll, Op. I think you're probably fairly young and a little obsessive, especially about things that interest you. I could be wrong, but your posting style leads me to think that.

I suggest you limit your appreciation-of-beauty threads to just one thread until it fills up at 600 posts. Put all of your nasal queries and actress's-physical-appearance questions in one single thread. Then you could start a second thread for more appreciation after that thread is completed.

But don't start the second thread about the same subject until the first thread fills up or is closed for whatever reason.

Now, here's the shitty (and fun) part of my duty as a DL member in good standing. If I missed my mark, and none of that character assessment actually applies to you, then I absolutely must ridicule you. But I'm going to do it in the gentlest manner possible: I ridicule you, Op. (But I still like you.)

Put your stuff in one thread, Op! We'll all be better off for it.

What does everyone think of her nose?

by Anonymousreply 12January 6, 2023 4:04 PM

Would she have looked better with upper eyelid surgery?

by Anonymousreply 13January 6, 2023 5:34 PM

I absolutely loved her Jean Seberg pixie cut from a decade ago.

She had way too much surgery. She was a naturally pretty girl.

I don't think it counts as a 'flaw' per se, but she has connected earlobes, which isn't my preference.

She had body flaws--wine stain birthmarks on her shoulder, if I recall. I think they were covered with makeup on Baywatch, but I saw she had them during 'behind the scenes' photos or footage on an 'Inside Edition' type show in the 90s. She probably had them lasered off when she was having her tattoos lasered off. She used to have a bunch of tattoos because she was with Tommy Lee.

by Anonymousreply 19January 6, 2023 7:04 PM

Who is prettier: Pamela Anderson or Paris Hilton?

by Anonymousreply 20January 6, 2023 7:10 PM

Pamela always struck me as someone who needed heavy makeup and hair styling to look good. Without those things, I think she looked quite hard and wasn't a natural beauty, by any means (but the same can be said for many others).

I hated the way she did her lips in the 90s. Dark lip liner surrounding her lips, which was kind of a trend back then, just looked cheap and hard, when she needed to look softer. I think her look improved after the 90s, although she was obviously aging along the way.

She seems like kind of a sweetheart, though, from what I have seen in interviews.

by Anonymousreply 21January 6, 2023 7:50 PM

She was pretty much the embody of a All-American (though she's Canadian) white blonde that straight men loved and straight women wanted to look like. All people have some flaws and asymmetry if you dissect each body part. But it's what comes together that defines beauty and attractiveness.

by Anonymousreply 22January 6, 2023 7:53 PM

Pamela Anderson could have looked better had she not messed so much with her eyebrows. Penciled-on and far too-thin eyebrows have never done any woman a favor, attractive or not. This is a look that is artificial and date-stamped.

by Anonymousreply 23January 6, 2023 9:20 PM

What women look like Pamela and what women does Pamela look like?

by Anonymousreply 24January 6, 2023 10:30 PM

Her chin?

by Anonymousreply 25January 6, 2023 11:49 PM

Are her lips real?

by Anonymousreply 26January 7, 2023 1:27 AM

I hope you’re joking r20 Paris is a beast

by Anonymousreply 27January 7, 2023 1:33 AM

R27, who do you think are the most beautiful women ever? Just wondering

by Anonymousreply 28January 7, 2023 1:54 AM

That’s hard there are a lot of beautiful women. Anita Ekberg, Marilyn Monroe, Karrueche Tran, Rita Hayworth, Mamie Van Doren, Megan Thee Stallion and Yvonne De Carlo.

by Anonymousreply 29January 7, 2023 3:28 AM

R29, and Chloe Jones

by Anonymousreply 30January 7, 2023 3:33 AM

Hanging columella

by Anonymousreply 31January 7, 2023 5:47 AM

When did her looks first start to go downhill?

by Anonymousreply 32January 7, 2023 3:01 PM

OP Please follow r11's advice and stop posting these useless threads. It's tedious and depressing all at once. Due to your fairly uninteresting themes and haste to avoid any serious inquiries concerning your weird threads, your attempts to interact with other DL'ers are ineffective. If you don't calm down with these repetitious topics, DL'ers will start reporting your posts even though I don't think you're trolling.

Give it a break.

by Anonymousreply 33January 7, 2023 4:17 PM

Who described her as "physically perfect"? She resembled, at most, a tarted-up 1980s prom queen from the Midwest. Lily James, a traditionally attractive actress, had to put on a lot of ugly makeup and prosthetics to play Pamela, in Pam & Tommy. Your definition of beauty is at a very low bar.

by Anonymousreply 34January 7, 2023 4:30 PM

I totally agree that OP is insane…..or works in PR? Just a hint/thought.

by Anonymousreply 35January 7, 2023 4:42 PM

Looked like Madonna

by Anonymousreply 36January 7, 2023 8:24 PM

No r22, that was Jennifer Anniston.

by Anonymousreply 37January 7, 2023 9:09 PM

She had freckles on her, but...

by Anonymousreply 38January 7, 2023 9:14 PM

R21 I Agree with most of what you say here. Have you ever had a friend like that? Or one that on first look appears to be gorgeous, but after a better, longer look you realize there are flaws everywhere and you were mistaken? I had a friend like that. She was very tall at about 6' and lean, with long blonde hair to her waist and always a great tan. She looked like a million bucks from across the room. Men would fall all over themselves, running to get in line to sweep her off her very large feet. I saw her from a different t perspective. She had very bad pock-marked skin, a washboard chest, and was extremely hairy, with furry gorilla-like arms and legs. She was a million bucks from 50 ft and $1.99 at close range.

by Anonymousreply 39January 7, 2023 9:51 PM

Did anyone like VIP?

by Anonymousreply 40January 7, 2023 10:46 PM

When did she first become famous?

by Anonymousreply 41January 8, 2023 12:51 AM

Barb wire

by Anonymousreply 42January 8, 2023 1:52 AM

Is she homophobic?

by Anonymousreply 48January 9, 2023 3:33 AM

She got so hard looking almost as soon as she got famous..who ever did her makeup did her no favors as she was naturally sweet looking but morphed into some hooker like being

by Anonymousreply 49January 9, 2023 8:56 PM

R49 She became hard looking due to a combination of factors: she was underweight due to the stress of filming Baywatch and Barb Wire at the same time. Also, she liked the 'trashy hooker' look she had on Barb Wire so much that she used it for Baywatch even though it was inconsistent with her character 'C.J. Parker'. She also married Tommy Lee around this time and got a bunch of tattoos.

by Anonymousreply 50January 9, 2023 11:13 PM

R50, what do you think of her nose? Just wondering

by Anonymousreply 51January 9, 2023 11:21 PM

Looks like Donatella

by Anonymousreply 52January 13, 2023 12:23 AM

She waa beautiful before plucking all her brows out and drawing a line in place, a la Greta Garbo. Horrible and harsh look.

by Anonymousreply 53January 13, 2023 12:30 AM

R53, what do you think of Jean Harlow's eyebrows?

by Anonymousreply 54January 21, 2023 12:18 AM

R53 Same harsh and clownish look. Especially on Harlow, as she had such a full face.

by Anonymousreply 55January 21, 2023 12:26 AM

Yeah she had a hair lip. Haven’t you ever noticed?

by Anonymousreply 56January 28, 2023 12:35 AM

Do herpes sores from Tommy count?

by Anonymousreply 57January 28, 2023 12:55 AM

No photos of Miss Anderson exist from the period when she was in her "prime," of course.

Remember, though, that some relics survive to give an idea of the flaws you seek, you troll.

R56, who do you prefer and why: Pamela or Anna Nicole?

by Anonymousreply 59January 28, 2023 1:02 AM

I thought she was stunning back in the 90's. She's still beautiful, but I never cared for her. She seems like an shit person.

by Anonymousreply 60January 28, 2023 1:06 AM

I think Pamela Anderson was absolutely stunning, in her prime during Baywatch and especially the Barb Wire premiere at Cannes. There was no one else in Hollywood who could pull off that look. She wasn’t an austere ice queen classic beauty like Grace Kelly but she was really looking stunning without all the heavy make-up, Botox, fillers, ass implants, Ozempic like we are using to seeing on our trashy stars now.

Her face was very wholesome Canadian girl next door and her body was slamming!

Anna Nicole Smith I think had a more perfect face, she was gorgeous. Even grossly overweight her face was beautiful. She was as gorgeous as Marilyn Monroe I think.

R61, who do you think are the most beautiful women ever?

by Anonymousreply 63January 28, 2023 1:49 AM

Pam A was so fucking cool. I know there were others, but she seemed to be their first person who was famous for being an ethical gold-hearted whore in the mass media. And she was gorgeous. I wouldn't say she was without flaws, but in that period of time she was a goddess to men and women. I know there have been famous adult stars and other vixens who had similar trajectories, but PA's was really remarkable in a lot of ways, and I think she really deserved it. She seems to be a really sweet gal.

by Anonymousreply 64February 18, 2023 2:42 AM

She was naturally pretty. Good cheekbones, nose, lips and chin. I hated the thin eyebrow, lined lips look on her.
