Did anyone catch Jeff Devlin on “In With the Old?” He’s restoring an inn in Chester County with his wife. He’s an old hand at this so the episode was one of the best in the series. He’s still a charmer and as handsome as ever. His daughter made an appearance and she looks like a model.

Jeff Devlin is handsome as hell.

I was struggling to see the hotness of Rico, but now I've seen a few episodes and he's growing on me.

Rico's new show is overproduced and yet doesn't explain the timeline of these homeowners' problems very well. I found the episodes confusing and jumpy when telling the owners' stories. The show seems to be the full new HGTV style.... tons of product and brand name placement and lots of filler chatter. I had had high hopes for it after hearing good things, but after the first couple of episodes, I've decided to pass.

I think it's been promoted as Rico "to the rescue" but some of the situations are clearly faked. It's just another reno show.

I agree the timelines of "issues" are confusing. Another sign of fakery.

Not a fan of his designer at all.

My, how times have changed. On an episode of the Flipping El Moussas last night, Tarek wasn't interested in putting in something extra because the sales price was "only $700,000", he said condescendingly. I’ve been binging on the House Hunters Renovation series and really enjoying it. If you can access on demand, check out S1 E5. In LA, an event planner and his Danish ex-cop boyfriend buy and renovate a Spanish Bungalow. It’s a nine month renovation costing almost 500K.

Besides the obvious eye candy, I recognized almost immediately that the event planner had a Hair Club for Men type toupee. Once spotted, I couldn’t keep my eyes off it. Since I’m follicly challenged, I’m so glad I opted to let nature do its thing and just shave it all. I hope he really likes it.

When I searched for it, the House Hunters Renovation 'From Spanish Fixer to Spanish Fantasy' mentioned by R77 was listed in different places as Episode 1 or Episode 5, so be aware if you're purchasing it to view. Alternately, I saw a Cape Cod listed as Episode 1.

There may be a pattern to where and how it's shown, but I've not tried to figure it out.
