The DC Beltway is greatly improved by the presence of the Temple.

Well, not traffic-wise, but it's a pretty sight to look at while you're creeping along at 15 mph.

They rake in a lot of cash. Aren’t there some sci-fi elements to their religion that make sense with this kind of stark white otherworldly looking architecture?

I have to admit that I always liked seeing it off in the distance as I was driving on the Beltway.

Birmingham's temple is in one of our most redneck suburbs (Gardendale, AL). It looks like a bank or a mausoleum.

R4, that was the first Mormon temple I had ever seen. I was WTF? It was very mesmerizing,

I had the opportunity to visit the DC temple last spring when it was opened to the public. It was nice though it kind of reminded me of a Marriott hotel.

Love their temples. So American. Like they're made of white sugar.
