So a while back, me and my former co-worker came to the conclusion that this is most likely from the 90’s. She pointed out that while the clothes and hair are very 80’s, the makeup is very 90’s (that lipstick was pointed out) and that they’re bumpkins in the 90’s that didn’t leave the 80’s yet.

It was just an observation I’ll always add whenever I see this video.
