Hmm ... interesting.
Hair: more clean-cut, now.
Eyes: lower-eye blepharoplasty. In the video, he's got pretty heavy bags under his eyes (esp. considering his age).
Nose: huge change; nose job.
Teeth: huge change; veneers.
Skin: He smiled a lot in the video. In the photo at R1, he's not smiling. Huge difference. His smile enhances all his facial lines. He's got under-eye bags in this photo I'm posting, but not as large bags as in the video at OP.

R15 he mightn't have turned into such an ugly person had Man United F.C. not got their talons into him. That entire club is poisonous and rarely ever produces any player with class or sportsmanship or decency (except Marcus Rashford & Luke Shaw who are very sexy and upstanding young men despite their badge, and I feel sad for them tonight).
