I feel like this is hard look to pull off successfully.
What does it take to pull of a men's red leather jacket?

You have to be latino or black or have tan colouring. Helps to be young, fit, sexy and slickly groomed.

Dark red yes, bright stop sign red, no.

I would have at his age, perhaps, although i was not nearly so handsome or muscular.
When you look like he does you can pull off anything.

A lighter skin tone is only a problem if you’ve got acne or rosacea.

You’d need fewer zippers and flaps than what is in OP’s pic.

Here's a public service announcement to some beloved gay elders:
Age 50 is a good cutoff for wearing leather. After 50, you don't look cool or tough or sexy in leather. You just look old.
Lou Reed couldn't pull off leather after 50, RIP. If your skin is starting to resemble leather, don't wear leather, regardless of your actual age.

R11 What if you're 50 but look 25?
by Anonymous | reply 12 | December 7, 2022 6:26 PM |
That sure as hell isn't red. I don't know what it is. Somewhere between puce and purple. Anyway it's a shitty color that nobody no matter how young should wear.

Is silver leather OK for 60yos? I have silver leather Helmut Lang jeans that still fit, and a very vintage silver-painted Schott leather motorcycle jacket.
Karl's jacket is great!

It's silver, but it's not glossy and not reflective.
Even when I was alive I was unable to see my own reflection in mirrors.

You have to be Dean Winchester.

I think the best way to pull off a man's leather jacket is to first buy him a couple of drinks, flirt a little, tell him it feels so hot in the room, then suggest the jacket has to come off.
Followed quickly by his shoes and socks, his pants, and the underwear that's straining from his hefty cock, heavy balls and the thick bush surrounding them.
Of course, he doesn't have to remove his leather jacket and shirt. Some people like it that way. I would hide the jacket under my bed so he can't leave. Then we'll have a round two...

I would immediately pull off a red leather jacket . . . and replace it with one of cordovan or burgundy.

The red/burgundy jacket should be left in the 80s/90s.
Please let it die.
