Warnock's voters voted early.
Walker's voters (once they finished vomiting) planned to vote in-person today. But it's raining in Georgia today, and believe it or not, rain tends to shave a few thousand votes off the expected totals. It deters a small number of people from actually voting.

Georgia broke an early voting record last week and then, a few days later, set another new record. Early voting has historically broken for Dems, so I'm fairly certain the werewolf is done for.
