Aubrey Plaza goes blonde

Colorist here. The most successful blonding is done over several visits, on hair that’s always been done by the same person in a salon. I do a lot of color correction and it’s usually because a woman thinks they can d out themselves cheaper, or go to someone else.

When I finish fixing it, I warn them I’m too busy to fix it again and they’ll have to wait months for an opening.

Doesn't makeup play a part as well?

She looks like a young(er) Mira Sorvino. It works for her.

Looks great. Not many brunettes look good as a blonde. So different from her character on "The White Lotus". :D
