Is Planes, Trains and Automobiles the only one? That bathroom scene always grossed me out, all the towels and water all over the floor.
You've Got Mail has a Thanksgiving scene.
It actually covers Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
I'm surprised that Meet Me in St. Louis doesn't cover Thanksgiving.

Didn't Jodie Foster direct a Thanksgiving movie? For some reason I think Tom Hulce may have been involved but I don't remember.

Home for the Holidays is an ugly movie because it was filmed in Baltimore.

The Ice Storm. Great movie you should watch regardless of season but it is the MOST Thanksgiving weekend movie.

Pieces of April. Katie Holmes almost had a respectable acting career. Almost.

I couldn’t make it through The Humans, it did seem like it was circling a lot of the territory of Pieces of April and Beanie is NO Katie Holmes.

This trash classic is great viewing if you want lots of bad gore, bad acting, and a drunken Louise Lasser spending 80% of the film eating Thanksgiving leftovers on her kitchen floor.

Another honorable mention: the TV movie "Intensity" from 1997, based on the Dean Koontz novel. Still stands up today as a pretty decent thriller. Very entertaining.

Seconding The Ice Storm, and this is another good one. Excuse the drab, aged look of the trailer. The movie itself looks beautiful (RIP, cinematographer Allen Daviau).

The Last Waltz is a Thanksgiving movie, but you'll have to overlook it being directed by white cisgender male Martin Scorsese!

^ I think there's another Thanksgiving in the middle too, at which some of the storylines reach a boiling point.
