No sister Sarah in the House desperately vying for HBIC? Aww... but she can see Russia from her house! She knows all about... uh... foreign relations!

by Anonymousreply 5November 24, 2022 1:27 AM

Poor Sarah. So misunderstood.

by Anonymousreply 6November 24, 2022 1:33 AM

She can see failure from her house.

by Anonymousreply 7November 24, 2022 1:36 AM

Well, she's a maverick and will get through this šŸ˜‘

I thought she lost a few months ago?

by Anonymousreply 11November 24, 2022 3:24 AM

She took it off of me and tried putting lipstick on a pig.

Alaskans didnā€™t vote for the hockey mom routine.

by Anonymousreply 12November 24, 2022 3:34 AM

This makes me want to beat my girlfriend.

by Anonymousreply 13November 24, 2022 3:40 AM

I don't know if all this ranked choice voting is fair. I wonder if the results would have been the same if this was a normal election.

by Anonymousreply 14November 24, 2022 3:55 AM

R14, Peltola had a huge lead even before the ranking kicked in. She would have won even in a traditional election

by Anonymousreply 15November 24, 2022 3:57 AM

Why didn't you queens vote for me? America will suffer because I lost!

This is GREAT.

R11 That was the special election in August to serve the rest of the term by Don Young the Republican Representative who died at age 49 in March 2022. This election she won is for the full 2 year term. If Don wasn't 6 feet under he probably could've held this seat for another 10-20 years probably.

by Anonymousreply 18November 24, 2022 4:08 AM

R18, try again, he represented Alaska in Congress for 49 years and was nearly 89 when he died!

by Anonymousreply 19November 24, 2022 4:14 AM

HE WAS 88!!!
