Just based on how he was when he was young, I don't think Junior likes his dad much.

I’ve always had a thing for my darling RDJ so will watch this.
But I’m afraid it will mostly be awkward and sad.

They were being interviewed for a documentary and RDS was asked if during Robert's addiction he ever feared for his son's life. His reaction was to shrug and say "Well, I guess those things happen." RDJ looked devastated by this.

Who on earth cares about this?

R7, I care. Am a big RDJ fan and am also interested in underground film history, so am interested in RDS as well.

R7, RDS was a significant filmmaker. RDJ is a high-profile actor. The film will be a document of two different creative generations.
It is also a film about talking to and tending a parent.
Believe it or not, even if you don't care about RDS and RDJ as people, this is a great subject.

Well Sr. gave six year old RDJ his first joint as a "joke".
