Missy's Men (1968)

The show was set in San Francisco. They should have called it Missy's GAY Men. Daniel J. Travanti is a gay boy anyway. Even WAY back in 1968 he doesn't look that young- though he was good looking.

Wasn't Jack Sheldon Merv's right hand gal for years?. Travanti is gay. Don't know about the other.

Missy's Men, or Mussy's Men?

“They also happen to be bachelors” and “My papa’s on bottom”? Oh my!

I’m assuming this girl was orphaned in Vietnam, and these guys were there fighting in that war. The tone of the show seems really dated for ‘68, though. What a disconnect with the culture - no wonder it didn’t get picked up (even if it is kinda cute?)

I was born near the end of ‘69, and have vague memories of the zeitgeist of the very early ‘70s, and it was [italic]nothing[/italic] like this dated schmaltz!
