No idea about surgery to face, but he has certainly had a hair transplant. He had a much more pronounced widows peak a few years ago......

That jaw looks almost as busted as Zac Efron's. Really hardens and ages the face. Maybe it looks a bit worse on them because they both had pretty effeminate, delicate features that can't really carry off a strong Hasselhoff chin.
