Jamie got her karma this weekend. Halloween Ends was humiliated at the box office, making just $8 million in its second weekend. That's an 80% fall from its $40.1 million opening weekend. People can blame Peacock all they want, but there's no doubt in my mind that word of mouth did a major number on it as well.

It's made $82 million at the worldwide box office thus far, and will no doubt cross the $100 million mark soon, which is just over three times its budget. For a $33 million budgeted horror flick that has gotten pretty bad word of mouth, that's not bad.
