Well, daddy Peltz is worth only $1.4b - more than most, but not really stratospheric wealth within the relevant comparative group.
Also, Peltz had EIGHT kids with his third wife, TEN kids including Will and Nicola. Two ex-wives, plus a current wife and ten kids is a lot of people among whom to divide his ill-gotten gains.
And yes, r9, people do care or we wouldn't having the constant whining on DL and elsewhere about "corporate greed" and income inequality. Peltz's activitie starting in the 80s was a direct precursor to the excesses we're seeing today. There's a reason why they named his attempted takeover as "Barbarians at the Gate."
