Adam Driver is both hideous and exceptionally thirsty for an Oscar. He generally works with directors based on their reputations with little regard to the scripts and he’s not an actor that elevates a weak script. It’s why he rushed to replace Oscar Isaac in the new Francis Ford Coppola movie, even when a ton of actors dropped out due to the script (Isaac, Cate Blanchett, Al Pacino, Zhang Ziyi, Zendaya). Yeah, he works with a ton of iconic directors, but none of those projects or roles have been memorable. He’s basically Leo with less charisma, range, and discernment.

I have posted this before about Adam Driver. Has he been mentioned? A couple years ago The Hollywood Reporter had a round table with Driver, Hanks, De Niro, Jamie Foxx, Adam Sandler and Shia. Driver comes across as humorless. But since he is "the new guy" among this group I can kinda understand. He is at a table with two fucking legends and three veteran actors.

I really want to fuck Driver, but that’s because I saw him live in Burn This. And he is very talented, especially compared to the slouches in his age group. There's real life ugly and then there's Hollywood Jolie Laid(e)- which is what almost all of these people are. Almost all of them can look hot or attractive in certain settings. Luis Guzman, I can agree with but he seems funny as hell and has a very unique look which makes him perfect as a character actor. Which is what many of these actors are, as well.

The only ones that really come to mind for me that have no redeeming qualilties are Nick Sutton from Gummo and Brad Dourif (from the Exorcist 3 and LOTR) - ugly roles, good actors which makes them convincing in the role. Probably IRL aren't as bad as they are made out to be on screen.

Remember, when the the best looking movie stars age, they seem to fall the hardest. Because, in most cases, their success has been. mostly based on their looks and their youth, they go to outrageous lengths to look pretty and youthful. After their plastic surgeries most end up looking much worse.
