She did not have a stroke or heart attack. Those are acute medical emergencies that are managed in the hospital setting. There are quite effective treatments for both. Strokes- clot busting meds/and/or surgical removal of clot; MI - meds/trip to cath lab/bypass grafting. It would be incomprehensible to not bring anyone suffering stroke or MI to a hospital for treatment, much less the Queen.

I think Kate staying at Windsor is all about taking care of the kids and nothing more, especially not to save face for that California Psycho.

There is a weird appropriateness to her being at Balmoral too. Even though he brought this on himself, I can't help but feeling especially sorry for Harry. It's hard to imagine things get better for him from here.
