I blame Paula Abdul for the shitload of terrible, jerky choreography we've had to endure ever since, with everyone making one abrupt, violent movement after another and no one ever learning how to flow and look graceful.

The choreography isn't hard to learn r7. They go over it numerous times. Although I admit I am no longer fit enough to do dance routines..
