Melanie posted to IG recently thanking her pals (including Rebel Wilson?) for throwing her a 65th birthday lunch at the Polo Lounge. The post includes a photo of the personalized menu, which says “Happy birthday, Melanie”—and also lists the prices.
What kind of birthday party was this? Did everyone go Dutch?

R2, I’m sure that’s the case, but if you’re going to the trouble of having customized menus printed, I feel like the prices shouldn’t be listed, so that the guest of honor doesn’t have to think about money at all.
