Chapter Two was terrible on stage and it had a terrific cast. I can't imagine enduring the movie. But then it's nice to know I don't have to. God Simon was terrible. OP's photo is from a vintage issue of Physique Pictorial, published by Athletic Model Guild, aka AMG. AMG didn't start publishing full frontals until the late 60s but the publisher, Bob Mizer, had been taking full on nudes of his models since the 40s.

I've known that photo for 40 years but am still undecided whether it's Caan. Mizer did have full frontals of struggling young actors like Guy Madison, George Maharis and Vince Edwards, among others, so who knows?

CDAN has published elaborate blinds saying most of Hefner's secret collection was sold off to various collectors and very little, if any, was actually destroyed. As I said above about the alleged Caan photo, who really knows?
