I was in middle/high school when many of the shows listed in the OP originally aired, but I never watched them.

I followed the Oscars, not the Emmys, so I watched a lot of movies instead.

When I did watch TV, it was usually CourtTV, Discovery Channel, TLC, History Channel, back when they had great programming before they were overtaken by reality TV.

Jason Behr was at his hottest in a little-seen Showtime show called “Sherman Oaks.” It was actually the first sitcom that used the mockumentary style that’s a little too common these days.
