The chick who brought about his termination should be honing her waitress skills. She’s toast. It’s still a boy’s club in Hollywood, and the boys will rally around an actor like Langella with a 60-year career behind him by making sure she never works in that town again. It’s a backlash to the Me-Too movement which has made firing any male actor for saying, looking or god forbid touching someone on set of the opposite sex instant grounds for dismissal. As long as creepers continue to understand the word "no" and stop creeping on people who don't want advances made to them, it's part of being an adult.
The alternative is for everyone to go back to the 40s and pretend no one has private parts or desires, and even adult spaces feel like kindergarten.
