Chihuahuas: The Land Piranha?
A guy who said he was a Chihuahua breeder told me that Chihuahuas were bred by the thousands by the Aztecs or Mayans for the purpose of killing lions. I have no idea if this is a complete lie or if there's truth to it, which I wouldn't doubt. It's like Chihuahuas remember this, like it's coded in their DNA and they fear NOTHING.
He said when the mountain lions would come near the villages, they would release hundreds or thousands of Chihuahuas, and like little land Piranhas, would take down the lions.
He also said there was a nod to this in Beverly Hills Chihuahua, when the lions comes down from the mountain and bows to the MIGHTY CHIHUAHUA.
I love this, since I've had a Chihuahua at all times for the last 30 years.

My grandfather always had chihuahuas and most of them were sweet, but he had two vicious ones when I was little. Terrified me and my mom. I hope they are in chihuahua hell.
