She doesn't look the same. She looks older and her face has changed a bit. She's definitely had laser resurfacing (and I would guess a facelift given the tightness of her jaw and neck) and her cheeks have been plumped for sure. But her skin does show lines when she smiles and that makes her look a whole lot better and more human than a typical Hollywood woman her age whose face looks like it was stung by a thousand bees and became infected.

I had a chubby period as a teen, a borderline-anorexic period that followed, a hardcore gym rat period in my 20s, then I became very ill for years and my body changed a lot, and now I am healthier and on the fitter side of average for my age. I can't imagine what it would feel like to have magazines and blogs and people in offices and online message boards saying I looked too fat, too thin, sickly, healthy, etc. It's so bizarre to me that people scrutinize the faces and bodies of people in the public eye as if they are cars being maintained and kept clean instead of human beings. People get sick. People get sick of working out. People get freaked out about signs of age and do weird things to themselves. Then they see how weird they look and resolve themselves to the reality that it's normal to change with time. Then they get a second wind and want to feel a little about themselves and get in better shape, change their hair and style, etc. It's all normal and if they are famous, people make up stories about why they are changing: they're sick! Drugs! Alcohol! Scorned lovers! So weird.
