I tried them or something very similar. They give you recipes and ingredients, but they mark up everything by 30%. Pass.

If you're incapable of food prepping or shopping, it's not a bad idea as a temporary fix. Query how you're actually going to cook the stuff. If you can't shop, do you really have energy to make a pot of soup or vegetarian chili? I think you're better off finding good pre-cooked vegetarian meals. I'm in that situation right now and am making pre-cooked soup--Panera's cheddar broccoli--and chowder- Ivar's clam chowder. Delicious but not for vegans and vegetarians. I can see my way to a smoothie for breakfast or cheerios and soup or stews for the rest of the day. Maybe some hummus and pita, but that's it for the day.

It’s somewhat better than getting prepared meals since they tend to be highly processed and over-salted. But yeah, having to cook everything just pushed me to find my own recipes and do my own shopping
