TORN CURTAIN is bottom drawer Hitchcock. Like THE PARADINE CASE, UNDER CAPRICORN, TOPAZ & FAMILY PLOT.

I haven't seen Topaz or Family Plot, but Torn Curtain is infinitely better than The Paradine Case or Under Capricorn; Curtain at least has a great murder sequence with Newman and the farmer's wife killing the bad guy in the kitchen, and Lila Kedrova devouring the scenery in the final act.
