He's super gay.

I've watched a lot of his videos and decided he's really weird.

Like almost all animal rescue weirdos he falls in love instantly with every dog and says out loud him saving them "was meant to be", and all that preordination vibe, which I find a bit nuts.

He's basically a dog hoarder with a savior complex and apparently lots of money. He lives with about twenty permanent dogs inside his home, it looks unmanageable. Plus, he talks a lot of baby talk to the dogs. I can't take that.

He's odd

The tonnes and tonnes of dog shit that has to be cleaned up. Give me a cat any day. Dump the soiled kitty litter, add fresh. Done!

Odd or not, I like him.

The rescue/savior thing is tiresome. He thinks he's been called to travel around the country with the message of his (in tow) rescue dogs?

Rescue dogs are everywhere, dog rescuers are everywhere. They're not like bearded ladies or the world's tallest man who need a traveling show to spread their word. There is no need for them to travel farther afield than a local school or local senior center or a pet rescue information booth at a local spring fair.

I used to ship at one of those big pet supply stores and every visit would here at least one person telling me it was their dream to open a pet rescue center, turn their home into a pet rescue center - all of them were already looking after stray cats or had taken in abandoned dogs. They were already "rescuers" but they somehow wanted to turn it into an enterprise, a religion.

All dog rescuers are a little weird, but I do appreciate what they do and I can’t help but tear up watching the videos. I love dogs, but just have a cat now. Maybe when I retire I’ll get a dog.

I think a lot of them, anima rescuers, get of on the saintly reputation they get when they first start. It then usually devolves into a money scam because they have to lay out so much money to keep the illusion going. Carole Baskin is a prime example of someone who, I believe, started with all good intentions and ended up becoming a grift.

Did you notice in the video the number of overweight women lining up to meet him and talk about his "mission" to save animals?

You sound like a real piece of work. Probably all pet owners have "baby talked" to their pets at one time or another. I know I have.

Because males, generally, aren't nurturing and thus won't care about this type of content as much as females. Males are more cold and pragmatic and likely to see this as going overboard or impractical.

I've rescued and fostered a number of dogs, so don't fucking come for me, r12. It's just that I already find him weird so the dog baby talk freaks me out.

I love him. Anyone who does work like this, helping those (human or animal) going through tough times, the sick, the weak, the lonely etc., has my support and gratitude. I've watched a few of his videos and the dogs all seem happy and well cared for and that's good enough for me.

Like many philanthropists, he's very narcissistic. Getting so much devotion from so many didy, and on top of that, people always telling him how wonderful he is, both in person and online... must be heady stuff. So much narcissistic supply! And unlike people, the dogs will never figure it out or tire of it.

The internet gives his height as 5 feet 7 inches. He seem much taller on screen. Maybe it's a Jewish thing and they appear bigger on camera.

I’ve seen him on you tube and I think he has a wife/GF. She was with him on a few rescues. And he was an addict who turned his life around and this is his new “addiction”. He’s doing a good thing, those dogs aren’t being boarded and ignored.

He started this whole thing with another man who was his lover. They were together for several years. Ellen sorta discovered him and gave him money. I worry he's going to get himself in trouble and get whacked by some nut. He is too emotional and files off the handle. He is very handsome, he's Jewish and his dad is Israeli I think. The money to start the animal sanctuary came from him. He is in a few of his videos.

What does this man do all day?

It looks like he just goes hiking, and to the beach, and plays with the dogs all day.

He has a fantastic body, so I'm assuming he also works out.

He's a beautiful kind soul. I don't care if he's thirsty, or in his singlet, as that increases his clicks, and results in more revenue to look after the dogs. So many others with tonnes of money doing much worse with their wherewithal.
