Whatever. Her eyebrows are tragic.

And he’s right.

by Anonymousreply 1May 25, 2022 5:57 PM

I want to fuck him.

by Anonymousreply 2May 25, 2022 5:57 PM

I'll take the eyebrows. Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie

by Anonymousreply 3May 25, 2022 6:03 PM

“Unrealistic”……. ya THINK?!

by Anonymousreply 4May 25, 2022 7:10 PM

I find Will really sexy btw. Just wanted the throw that out there.

by Anonymousreply 5May 25, 2022 7:11 PM

I’d love to kiss his eyebrows…while I fucked him.

by Anonymousreply 6May 25, 2022 7:12 PM

He definitely grew into his looks.

by Anonymousreply 7May 25, 2022 8:14 PM

The weirdo with the weird eyebrows from maze runner?

by Anonymousreply 8May 26, 2022 5:21 AM

If they could achieve these superhero bodies in the 80s, what's the problem achieving them today?

by Anonymousreply 9May 26, 2022 5:23 AM

He'll always be Eustace Scrubb to me.

Translation: "I'm lazy and don't want to workout."

by Anonymousreply 11May 26, 2022 5:25 AM

As someone who's in the industry I'll tell what they do. They put these actors on a keto diet and make them eat nothing but chicken and salads. If they aren't shredded in 3 months then they inject then with steroids.

by Anonymousreply 12May 26, 2022 7:43 AM

Shut up and pump, Poulter!

by Anonymousreply 13May 26, 2022 7:49 AM

They are expected to work out with their own personal trainers because studios don't want to be responsible for someone collapsing, over exhaustion, etc.

by Anonymousreply 14May 26, 2022 7:52 AM

I'm talking too much so I am going to go to bed now.

by Anonymousreply 15May 26, 2022 7:53 AM

Butter face.

by Anonymousreply 16May 26, 2022 7:54 AM

Priscilla, Queen of the Desert vibes.

by Anonymousreply 17May 26, 2022 7:55 AM

R11 the superhero looks are not from working out alone. They are from genetics - because most actors are athletic to begin with - , very low carb diet, targeted workouts and CGI (like they hid Gal Gadots belly). And in many cases, steroids are involved too. There is a limit to how much muscle you naturally build in a short time. I have no insider knowledge - it's common sense that tells me that.

Is he trans?

by Anonymousreply 19May 26, 2022 11:57 AM

Just his eyebrows, R19.

by Anonymousreply 20May 28, 2022 12:22 AM

I am so over all things Marvel

by Anonymousreply 21May 28, 2022 12:28 AM

Boo fucking hoo

by Anonymousreply 22May 28, 2022 12:29 AM

It’s a shame. He’s a cutie pie, but I think he’s just tragically straight.

by Anonymousreply 23May 28, 2022 12:44 AM

Does he tell the teller at the bank this tidbit when he's cashing checks?

by Anonymousreply 24May 28, 2022 12:55 AM

He looks gorgeous in that photo. Great hairdo.

by Anonymousreply 25May 28, 2022 12:56 AM

Apparently, some find him sexy rather than freakish, which is inexplicable to me, but to each his own.

I saw Poulter in "Why Didn't They Ask Evans?" (which was OK, not great, and laden with the usual anachronisms it seems no 21st-century production of Christie can do without). He was utterly miscast because he was incapable of projecting the slightest degree of virility on screen. I don't doubt that he's heterosexual, but he completely lacks any sort of masculine presence ... which, come to think of it, is sort of an anachronism itself.

by Anonymousreply 26May 28, 2022 1:05 AM

The prep for these movies is awful, but on the plus side these actors are all set for life afterwards. Chris Evans never has to work another day in his life if he doesn't want to.

by Anonymousreply 27May 28, 2022 1:28 AM

AWG. But with an accent.

by Anonymousreply 28May 28, 2022 1:36 AM

Nice big round ass I'd love to rim and fuck

by Anonymousreply 29May 28, 2022 1:37 AM

Link please, R29.

by Anonymousreply 30May 28, 2022 1:38 AM

[quote]And in many cases, steroids are involved too.

I'd say in MOST cases steroids and/or HGH is involved. It's whatever it takes to look a certain way, who wouldn't take them.

by Anonymousreply 31May 28, 2022 1:40 AM

I just wish people would stop watching these movies, so this wave can finally die. The stories aren't that great, and the SFX and fight scenes are quite repetitive.

I have two friends who live for Marvel. But I don't know why. They know every side character's background, know where they appeared and where they didn't but should etc. They can tell you everything about stories and production, comics and movies. I don't understand what they find so appealing. I never heard them saying that they were emotionally touched by anything they watched in those Marvel movies, or that they found something especially clever or enticing in any way really. So I'm not sure what it is they get out of them. Needless to say, when conversations are not about Marvel movies, they have nothing to say. At all.

by Anonymousreply 32May 28, 2022 1:41 AM

They (actors) will all be replaced with CGI in 10 years.

by Anonymousreply 33May 28, 2022 1:43 AM

I watched the first two Avengers movies and honest to god I can't remember a fucking thing about either one of them.

by Anonymousreply 34May 28, 2022 1:46 AM

I've seen him on stage several times over the years. I just want to suck his cock after he eats out my ass. Then he can fuck me for days.

by Anonymousreply 35May 28, 2022 1:51 AM

I much prefer William Moseley.

Naw, Poulter has the hotter physique

by Anonymousreply 37May 28, 2022 1:56 AM

Will Poulter's Freshly Fucked Hole would be a good band name.

by Anonymousreply 38May 28, 2022 2:11 AM

Right and wrong. Right in that the extent done today is out of bounds of heath and well-being, no matter the pay. Wrong in that no one wants to go back to early superhero actors doing basically nothing for fitness as they give up on anything aesthetically pleasing or communicative of physical strength. We don't need Thor, but we can be glad Paul Rudd bothered to work out.

And no one cares that The Boys' Homelander is in a muscle suit. It works and we move on.

by Anonymousreply 39May 28, 2022 2:16 AM

He looks like that hot bully who threatened you and took your lunch money and chased you down after school and made out with you and had you suck him off.

by Anonymousreply 40May 28, 2022 2:16 AM

I remember seeing a video with Henry Cavill explaining what he had to do for The Witcher and it involved dehydrating himself for 3 days or something. It's not only unhealthy it's bloody dangerous.

by Anonymousreply 41May 28, 2022 3:19 AM

True, but they make outlandish sums of money for a few months' work.

by Anonymousreply 42May 28, 2022 3:23 AM

I remember Chris Pine did an interview years ago where he said the diet and basically torture of the body to get in shape for superhero roles is hideous. He said he would never do it.

by Anonymousreply 43May 28, 2022 3:29 AM

Yeah fitness seems so unhealthy. All the sexy models I follow are probably really unhealthy people. They preach about health and exercise but I don’t see them living longer than me. And plus a lot of it looks like steroid abuse anyways. It’s like these people are working their way towards a heart attack with the morbidly obese.

I think he is so much hotter when he was thinner/leaner then bulked up

If I sit on Poulter's face, will he tickle my balls with those eyebrows?

by Anonymousreply 46May 28, 2022 10:14 PM

R21- “Wonder Woman” isn’t Marvel. It’s DC Comics.

by Anonymousreply 47May 28, 2022 10:35 PM

Me too, R45.

R44, I saw a really interesting video awhile back that I can't find again now with this fitness instructor. And he was having a bit of a rant about how today's body standards are only achieved through unhealthy means. He compared his own routine to his own son's, I think he'd had to have a word with his son because the son's routine, similar to a lot of routines now, was about getting certain results through really unhealthy ways. He explained how many of these supposedly fit looking people can't keep up with actually fit people, and they were damaging their bodies. It was kinda sad.

Look, I've been known to like muscles on a guy sometimes, but I'd much rather a healthy looking, slender guy.

by Anonymousreply 48May 28, 2022 10:43 PM

No amount of muscles can help sell that face.

by Anonymousreply 49May 28, 2022 10:52 PM

I find a lot of the Marvel guys more attractive outside of the film set with their natural bodies. Straight men don't obsess over these muscles to impress women they do it because it's a power fantasy and to compete with other men in that regard. It's similar to the expression "women dress for other women." Because most straight men are attracted to any decent looking women no matter what she wears.
