Tasting History with Max Miller

This delightful man reconstructs ancient recipes and I love his youtube channel. He's heavier on the history than the recipes and I like that, too.

If some piss porn actor can get to 500 posts on a bullshit thread, I thought why not promote a wonderful man who is producing excellent content.

He's a former Disney employee, he quit the corporate world to reconstruct things like Ninja Protein Balls for your edification and enjoyment. Long may he live.

I liked his Titanic menu videos. I found a website which has all of the recipes from the Titanic's menu. I'm going to give some of them a try next month.

I really like him and watched almost all of his vidoes.

Thanks, OP, not sure if I will like but will have a look as food history can be quite interesting (or not, depending on the presenter and his or her knowledge.)

You probably know the Supersizers series which is silly but grounded in rich information.

I am as equally invested in his channel as you are OP, I love the new Home he and his husband moved into. That tiled MCM backsplash and 1940s oven.

I’m so glad I stumbled onto his YouTube channel! Really entertaining, informative and not too long.

Yes I watch him too. I agree that he sometimes go into the history part a bit too long sometimes. Sometimes it goes into a long diatribe of a related topic when i often am concerned with how the recipe turned out. But I find him and his chubby hubby cute 😍. I wonder if they have 3 somes

Does anyone know why his husband didn’t go to the UK with him? Enjoyed all the pics on Instagram. Looked like he had fun.

I even have an alert so I know when a new video comes out on his channel. Cute and genuinely enjoys himself. I like the history part more than the food sometimes.

A bit boring and his hair is too perfect.

by Anonymousreply 11September 17, 2022 8:22 PM

r9, I think his husband still works for Disney. He might not have been able to get the time off.

by Anonymousreply 12September 18, 2022 5:31 AM

I've been watching episodes all day -and I think he's a Datalounger! He just made a Lissssha joke.
