Pour it over some green beans! If you also use vodka, that's a Green Russian.

Lucky Leprechaun
1 part Kahlua
1 part Baileys
4 parts half & half
Shake with ice in a martini mixer
Serve in martini glass

Here’s my recipe: equal parts Kahlua & cream. Add an ice cube if you really want to complicate things.

You'd also need Crème de menthe for a Grasshopper. Imagine you're Hercule Poiret to justify your purchase of Crème de menthe.

Be careful. Bailey's "Irish Cream" can curdle in the bottle.

Both of those things are nasty. Read the ingredients and see.
Straight whiskey in coffee with heavy cream.

Quit drinking years ago, but I used to love a bailey's and coffee to start my day. Simple. Sweet. Perfect.

I was wondering about that.
Is there any way to prevent curdling? Refrigeration?
Also, there is no expiration date on the bottle, so how long does an opened bottle of Bailey's usually last?

I wish I knew, R10.
I purchased the bottle of Irish Cream to give as a birthday present. I didn't check for any expiration date but I was very embarrassed two weeks later when the recipient tactfully told me the present was undrinkable with gobbets of fatty milk globules floating amongst the clear alcohol.

Serve either one over stewed prunes for a light dessert.

These are bordering on being redundant. Coffee. Put them in coffee. Late night drinks. Alternatively, over vanilla ice cream. Basically blech.

I need whiskey just to think about this shit.

You will have the SHITS.

Bailey's tastes medicinal, IMO. Kahlua tastes OK, better than Bailey's, IMO.
1. Pour both, equal parts, over ice.
2. Kahlua and milk or half 'n' half (cream sounds too heavy).
3. B-52 layered drink: Kahlua, Bailey's, Grand Marnier.
4. Black Russian: Kahlua and vodka.
5. White Russian: Kahlua, vodka, and cream.
6. Coffee drinks, as mentioned above.

OP drinks fat....literally

Would it be wrong to mix Bailey's with Scotch?
I know that Irish Cream should go with Irish Whiskey, maybe Jameson's Whiskey or something like that.
But I really love Johnny Walker Black Label. It's so smooth. The question is, does it go with Bailey's?

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
